Plaquette Scene System — Floor
Tax included where applicable. Delivery and commissioning arranged by your concierge.
NAVERZIX Works — hung, balanced, kept
Light is a schedule the house should keep; the Plaquette teaches it — retrofit modules behind existing switches, no chased walls, and commissioning that ends only when eight-in-the-evening looks right at eight in the evening.
Care is a calendar, not a rescue: cleaning visits with gloves and ladders and our own crystal soap, re-wiring programmes for inherited fixtures, and a parts shelf that keeps every trimming, gasket and driver for fifteen years. The aftercare line is answered by the people who hang the fixtures, so the answer fits your ceiling, not a script.

Care
Breakers and dimmer modules live longest ventilated and dusted; the enclosure map in your handover file shows what sits where. Test the emergency drop-switch for winched fixtures twice a year — it should feel boring.
Keep the protocol folder with the house documents: every wire colour, load figure and scene table is in it, and any electrician after us will bless you for it.
Questions, Answered
Can dimming scenes be added to an old installation?
Usually without chasing walls — retrofit modules live behind existing switches and the chandelier's own driver. The survey states what is possible; the quote states what it costs. No scene requires redecorating.
Do you install fixtures you didn't make?
Within reason, yes — inherited and antique chandeliers are a speciality. We survey, re-wire to current standards, replace tired trimmings from our stock, and hang the piece with the same protocol as our own.
The NAVERZIX Promise
One contract, one schedule, one responsible person from survey to the first switch-on; fixed dates in writing, delays compensated rather than excused.
