Care
Keep ladders away from the crystal between visits — our crews bring padded ones and the right gloves. If builders are coming, call first: we bag, wrap or take down the fixture properly, and re-dress it when the dust settles.
Parts, patterns and drawings stay on our shelves for fifteen years; the care programme simply keeps you from ever needing to test that promise.
Questions, Answered
Can dimming scenes be added to an old installation?
Usually without chasing walls — retrofit modules live behind existing switches and the chandelier's own driver. The survey states what is possible; the quote states what it costs. No scene requires redecorating.
Do you install fixtures you didn't make?
Within reason, yes — inherited and antique chandeliers are a speciality. We survey, re-wire to current standards, replace tired trimmings from our stock, and hang the piece with the same protocol as our own.
