NAVERZIX Works — hung, balanced, kept
Above four metres, ladders stop being a plan; the Perseus installs the better one — a motor winch that lowers the fixture to arm height for cleaning, emergency stop as standard, service switch where the hand expects it.
Installation is our own trade, not a subcontract: NAVERZIX electricians arrive with the fixture, verify the ceiling and the circuit, hang, level and dress the piece, then commission the dimming until the scene is right at eight in the evening, not just at noon. The packaging leaves with them; the protocol stays with you.

Care
Dimming systems want an annual scene check — five minutes at the wall panel confirming levels, fade times and the midnight scene your household actually uses. Firmware, where fitted, updates only through our line; a chandelier is no place for surprises.
Any buzz, flicker or warm switch-plate is a service call, not a curiosity. The line is answered by electricians and the van carries your parts.

What does the cleaning programme include?
Gloved, padded-ladder visits on a written schedule: crystal washed strand by strand, glass and brass dressed, connections checked, and a photographed condition report filed after every visit.
Do you install fixtures you didn't make?
Within reason, yes — inherited and antique chandeliers are a speciality. We survey, re-wire to current standards, replace tired trimmings from our stock, and hang the piece with the same protocol as our own.
