Care
Crystal spares wash like the chandelier they serve — warm water, neutral soap, lint-free towel. Brass patinas or polishes by taste; candles store cool and dark; gloves launder at 40 and retire when the fingertips grey.
Anything that chips, frays or dulls ahead of its years goes back on our bench — accessories carry the same honesty as the fixtures.

Will these trimmings fit my fixture?
Quote the pattern number from your protocol card and the match is guaranteed from our fifteen-year shelf. Without a number, a photograph against a ruler lets the works identify the cut.
Do the care liquids suit antique crystal?
Yes — pH-neutral, film-free and tested on our own restoration bench. For gilt or painted elements, spot-test as the label says, or send a photo to the concierge first.
